About Us
About Alison
Yoga is connecting with the
raw, manifesting, playful pulse of life. It is a dance with our breath, a communion with the aliveness that races
through our veins, and a celebration of the universal spirit residing within our individual
hearts.
For Alison, Yoga is ancient wisdom for harmonious living in the
modern world. It is an opportunity to come home⦠to ourselves, and live the life we’ve always imagined.
Alison credits the Practice with cultivating deep compassion for herself and others;
creating confidence, vibrant health, and inner peace; facilitating stillness of mind, strength of body, and
flexibility of spirit; enhancing her ability to engage in loving relationship with family, friends, and her
partner.

Full of immense gratitude for the benefits received through her
Practice, Alison now devotes herself to sharing Yoga. She specializes in private sessions, develops
personal practices for her clients, offers yoga therapy to individuals with chronic pain or injuries, and teaches
regularly scheduled public classes.
